Here is some preliminary work for a creature I'm designing for a Sci-Fi project (time to feed the inner space geek!). It will be a high res 3D piece when I'm done. I've been wanting to create a offbeat, technology reliant alien creature for a while now and finally have the time to do so.
Their conscious thinking will depend heavily on integrated technology, almost to the point of their own lose of sanity. They are a highly paranoid species and their mental state and overall visual treatment will be...insane! I'm working on the back story to support it. Just some w.i.p. for now..
